DIY Halloween Costumes From Your Own Closet (No $$$ Required)

This year, people will spend millions upon billions of dollars on Halloween.  It is, after all, the second highest money-making holiday behind Christmas.  My baby sister is no millionaire.  Like most young adults/teens (and let's face it, us adults as well) she's pretty much broke, with all of her spare money going to gas for her car.  So needless to say, her Halloween budget was a whopping $0.  Little sister was worked up into a furious frenzy over said budget, so she decided to pull everything out of her closet in a fit of desperation.  Now her problem is that she has too many costumes.  With some ingenuity and imagination, you can turn your everyday clothes into bangin' Halloween costumes.  No moolah required.  Here are some examples of what we came up with to get you inspired.
